Kang Min Hyuk






Kang Min Hyuk (강민혁 born on June 28, 1991) is a South Korean drummer, actor and singer. His name is also written as MinHyuk, Min Hyuk. He is the drummer of South Korean rock band CN Blue, which debuted in January 2010 in South Korea before that they debuted as indie band in August 2009 in Japan then made major debut in October 2011 in Japan.

Musical Career
  
Kang Minhyuk was born on June 28, 1991. His family consists of his parents and an older sister. He lives in Ilsan. He joined FNC Music audition in 2007 and was accepted around the same time as Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun. Then he began training in bass technology at FNC Academy. Min Hyuk served as the drummer and backing vocalist of CN Blue and is popular for his cute image. He co-writes the lyrics of CN Blue's song "Sweet Holiday" from Bluelove mini album. Min Hyuk showed off his singing skill for the first time with the release of the song "Star"(별) as part of Heartstrings OST, an MBC drama which he casted in.

Acting Career

Kang Minhyuk begins his acting career in an omnibus film Acoustic along side his fellow CN Blue member Lee Jong Hyun which was released on October 28, 2010. Because of his acting skill, he then received another role in SBS Drama It's Okay, Daddy's Girl that was aired on November 22, 2010. Min Hyuk was also casted in MBC Drama Heartstrings, a South Korean youthful melodrama alongside CN Blue's Leader Jung Yong Hwa that was aired on 29 June 2011. His popularity as 'Yeo Jun Hee' in Hearstrings made him another role in KBS Drama entitled My Husband Got a Family as 'Se Kwang' which is the playboy brother of the main character
